Ashi Massage is a barefoot application of deep pressure and deep tissue massage. The feet are used to perform myofascial release, compression, and fluid, consistent movements to relax and reset the body's soft tissues. It provides a deep release with the power to penetrate even the densest muscles. Assisted by overhead bars above the table, the therapist uses their feet to apply a broad distribution of pressure, eliminating much of the discomfort often associated with deep tissue work.

Our Infrared Sauna is now available for standalone sessions or as an add-on to your massage. We have three treatment spaces: The Forest Room, The Clinic Room, and The Recovery Room. Book your session today and experience true restoration! A special package is also available:

ReBoot+ 30-Minute Recovery Room

Experience our signature 75-minute reboot service, enhanced with 15 minutes in the infrared sauna before and after your bodywork session. This combination will leave you feeling both relaxed and restored. Step out of the sauna onto the massage table, and once your session is complete, ease back into the soothing warmth of the sauna. The gentle infrared heat enhances the effects of your massage, helping them last longer.

• 105 minutes – $175 (We suggest allowing for two hours in your own schedule. No need to be rushed. )
